Alberta Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)

At the time of nomination, 204(c) Letters of Support are no longer issued. To be considered for a 204(c) Letter of Support, nominees must submit a request.

Alberta Express Entry

  • License proof of professional operation in Alberta
  • Sufficient funds
  • Candidates having CRS score of 300+ have good chances of selection
  • Applicants having 67 points out of 100 in point grade system of province and CRS score of 300+ are likely to be picked by Alberta provincial authorities

Alberta Immigration Nominee Program (AINP)

Eligibility criteria for Alberta Opportunity Stream –

  • Work experience of at least one year in specific occupation

  • Minimum four bands each in Reading, Speaking, Writing and Listening in IELTS (English proficiency test)

AINP Strategic Recruitment Class
There is no job offer requirement under this category, and there are three sub-streams through which the applicant can apply –

  • Compulsory and optional Trades category
  • Engineering occupations Category
  • Post Graduate Worker Category

AINP Employer Driven Class
Under this stream, it is essential to get a job offer from an employer in Alberta, and there are three subcategories under this program as well. –

  • Skilled Worker – The employment offers need to be in a skilled professional NOC O, a or B)
  • International Graduate – The appellants who have completed their diploma certificate, graduated from a certified Canadian institute they can get expert training after opening

Processing time for AINP
